Dog Policy

Dogs are allowed on the premises if we are provided with a signed copy of our dog policy. Our dog policy can be read and printed below or signed upon arrival to the winery.

Weed Orchards & Winery Dog Policy

Purpose

This policy is designed to ensure the well-being of dogs and people, maintain cleanliness, and promote a harmonious environment. This policy applies to all residents, employees, and visitors within the premises where this policy is enforced.

 

Registration

All customers who bring dogs must sign and agree to our dog policy.

 

 

Behavior and Control

Dogs must be leashed at all times. Aggressive behavior, including growling, barking excessively, or snapping, will not be tolerated. Dogs should not be left unattended.

 

 

Cleanliness

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs immediately. Owners must use dog-waste bags. 

 

 

Noise Levels

Owners should ensure their dogs do not disturb others. Excessive barking should be managed to avoid disrupting the peace.

 

 

Restricted Areas

Dogs are not permitted indoors or near the playground.

 

 

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency involving a dog, such as a bite or severe injury, please notify staff immediately.

 

Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in warnings, or other disciplinary actions, including the removal of the dog from the premises. Weed Orchards reserves the right to amend this policy as needed and will provide notice of any changes.

 

 

Responsibility for Behavior and Accidents

Dog owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times. This includes any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by their dog. In the event of an accident involving a dog, the owner is liable for any medical expenses, property damage, or other costs incurred as a result.

 

Acknowledgment 

By bringing a dog onto the premises, owners acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.

Our dog policy must either be printed below or signed upon arrival to the winery.
